Moving

Well for a while now, Wendy and I had a plan to move next Summer. But then just a few weeks ago we got this crazy idea to see if we could sell it sooner...like immediately. We had found another house that we loved and the only thing keeping us from putting an offer on it was that we still owned our house. So we put it on KSL Classifieds and...well we sold it within a week. So...we are moving. We have absolutely loved the hosue that we have been in the last few years. It has been SO nice to live right by my work, but it is a little small for our family. One floor, three bedrooms and three little boys and one more child on the way makes this house feel like it is shrinking every time it rains.



The new house is a short sale (Which means that a bank has to approve of the sale becasue the previous owners are not up on their payments) so it might be a while before we actually have the banks approval.
So this is it. It is on .4 acres in a cul-de-sac up above the Timpanogos Temple. It has three bedrooms on the top floor and one more in the basement. The basement isn't full because of the garage (Which is two wide and almost two deep). But it has room for us to grow into. It has Hunter's "new house essentials" of RV parking, Stairs, a Fireplace (not gas) and even a view. It even has things that he didn't think of, like a patio, fruit trees, and garden lot. We are anxiously awaiting to hear back from the Bank. Any prayers on our behalf so we are actually able to get this house would be greatly appreciated.
